We are proudly committed to each project and applying our skills and expertise to making your store shine and maximizing a positive impact and lasting relationship between you and your customers.

Randy Whittington, President
Randy Whittington has over 40 years of management experience. He received his B.S.in Business Administration from UNC at Chapel Hill, and worked in management at Lowe’s Companies, Southern Candle, Four Seasons Outdoor Product, and NRS Logistics, among other brands. He is now proud to be the president of Retail Solutions Group (2022-present) where he has a chance to utilize his vast experience to optimize RSG's endeavors and maximize every customer's retail experience.
Gary Foster, COO
Currently Residing in North Wilkesboro, NC, Gary is serving as Chief Operating Officer for Retail Solutions Group (RSG).
Gary started his career with Lowe’s Companies in 1994 as a project manager for new stores before migrating to advertising and marketing. He worked in such programs as Sports Marketing, HGTV, Lowe’s Consumer Credit Card Program and NASCAR. Gary was also instrumental in launching such programs as Kobalt Tools and the Lowe’s On-Demand printing system, and even went on to found National Retail Services.
Gary has partnered with 2 other retired Lowe’s Management Level colleagues to create and manage RSG, combining years of experience in logistics, warehousing, and more to optimize their customer's backend retail experiences.
Gary is also a co-owner and founder of Four Seasons Outdoor Products and 4Home Products that sales products to many National Retailers.
Brent Carpenter, Director of Operations
Brent Carpenter, of Hickory NC, joined Retail Solutions Group in 2023. Brent is married to Tracy Brockwell Carpenter. Together, they have five children and two grandchildren. Brent has 30+ years of experience in the retail merchandising and construction industry. He is also a former employee of Lowe's.
Currently, Brent oversees Field Operations. He is hands on with all aspects from start to finish with each project.
Tisha Cox, Director of Operations
Tisha Cox has been with the company since 2018. Tisha has 28 years experience in logistics, supply chain, and data systems.
She is senior director of operations focusing on warehouse management solutions and strategies. She currently resides in Wilkesboro, NC.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Shawnery Gregory, Office manager
Shawnery Gregory resides in North Wilkesboro, NC. She is married with 5 children and proud grandparent of 6 grandchildren. She is late life college graduate with a degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management.
Shawnery has been with RSG for 3 years and wears many hats. She does reporting, accounting, payroll and aids in the bidding process.
